Vision

Hillsides Youth Moving On believes that transition-age youth (16-25) are capable of not only surviving on their own, but thriving throughout their lives.

Mission

YMO provides transition-age youth (TAY, ages 16 – 25) with a continuum of support services to empower them to find lasting independence and a lifetime of personal fulfillment.

YMO is committed to providing comprehensive evidence-based services that have real life applications and a long-term impact.  We champion youth-driven programming and tailor our goals and services to each individual’s strengths and needs. This element of individualized planning is vital to helping youth discover and explore their own strengths and form concrete strategies for achieving personal success and stability. This is how we create an environment for success.
